MD PRIMER NO. 7

PP, PE, silicone and Teflon® cannot be bonded together without pre-treatment. If these materials are only bonded with adhesive, without primer, only adhesion and no firm bonding is achieved. The primer allows to bond polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), PTFE, silicone and other materials that are difficult to bond.

Application:

Apply a thin layer of primer to the surfaces to be bonded and allow to flash off for a few seconds. Apply the glue and press parts together. Handling strength after 1-2 minutes. A high final strength is achieved after 24 hours.
