MD-Poly 1:1 double syringe two-component high-performance adhesive

MD POLY is a 2-part, reinforced acrylic adhesive with a mixing ratio of 1:1.

• Especially for PP, PE, Teflon
• Fast curing at room temperature
• Particularly suitable for bonding polyolefins
• No primer required
• High impact resistance through fiber reinforcement
• Good resistance to chemicals
• Automatic adhesive gap through microparticles

Mixing ratio: 1:1

Pot life (2g+2g) at 23°C: approx. 2-4 minutes

Handling strength: approx. 18-22min

Final hardening: approx. 24 hours

Storage:

optimal temperature 12-15 °C (temperatures above 30 °C destroy the material)
