MEGABOND 3030

MEGABOND 3030 is a high strength, fast curing, two part structural adhesive system. Engineered to offer high impact resistance. The high viscosity is ideal for gap filling and vertical surfaces while offering residual flexibility. For the bonding of thermoplastics, composite materials and many metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, excellent adhesion is usually achieved without a primer.

Processing:

The parts to be bonded should be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening increases strength. Mix material until uniform color is achieved. Apply MD MEGABOND and join parts. After 60 minutes the hand strength is reached. Final hardening takes place after 24 hours. After use, close the cartridge with the cap again. Do not use outside temperatures below +5°C.
